Manuel Salgueiro Mendes Toucinho, began his musical studies at age 6 with his father. At the age of 8, he entered the preparatory course of music in Academia de Música e Dança do Fundão, coming later to enroll in the basic music course in the class of professor Pedro Rufino where he concluded the Secondary Articulated Guitar Course in the year 2017. He is currently a student at the University of Évora in the class of Professor Dejan Ivanovich. He has around 16 prizes in national and international competitions and frequently performs solo in festivals such as Festival Internacional de Guitarra José Tomás Villa de Petrer (Spain), Festival Internacional de Guitarra de Lagoa (Portugal), Jornadas Internacionais de Guitarra de Elda (Spain), Festival de Música do Centro (Portugal), and in concerts promoted by Antena2 (Portugal) and Young Guitar Masters Oliveira do Bairro (Portugal).
Javier García Moreno and José Manuel Cuenca Morales form an exquisite guitar and piano duo.
